Information we collect
When you request a demo or apply for the Founding Pilot, Brightorch collects the information you provide, such as your name, business, contact details, industry, team size, current process and operational challenge.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you about Brightorch, provide onboarding and support, and improve the pilot. We do not use a marketing form submission to automatically create a paid account.
Business workspaces
Brightorch keeps each business in a separate private workspace. Access is limited by account, business membership and role. Customer and job information is not shared between businesses.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or remove marketing inquiry information. Account data may be subject to separate service and retention requirements described during onboarding.
